Vonee Hill, MS, BSW
Founding Board President
Vonee Hill is a passionate advocate for families and a seasoned human services leader with over 14 years of experience serving women, children, and communities across Philadelphia. As the Founder and Executive Director of Linked Family Services, she brings a deep understanding of the systemic challenges families face and a bold vision for change rooted in equity, access, and support.
Vonee launched Linked Family Services to ensure that families—especially those in under-resourced communities—have access to the tools, care, and community connections they need to thrive. Her work is grounded in prevention, with a strong focus on strengthening protective factors that reduce risk and build resilience for both caregivers and children.
She holds a Bachelor's in Social Work from Temple University and a Master's in Administration of Human Services from Chestnut Hill College.

Miles Hill
Founding Advisor to the President & Interim Secretary
Miles Hill brings extensive experience in after-school programming and behavioral health, with a strong commitment to supporting children, youth, and families. His background in social services is complemented by his expertise in audio-visual technology, where he also contributes to the agency’s technological needs. As a devoted father and long-time member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., Miles is deeply committed to community empowerment, focusing on uplifting fathers and mentoring young men. His leadership is grounded in advocacy, collaboration, and a passion for creating positive, lasting impact within the community.

Chante Roberson,
MS, CD(DONA)
Founding Financial Advisor
Chante Roberson brings over 30 years of leadership experience in the Health and Human Services field and currently serves as a Senior Executive in Human Resources. In addition to her executive leadership, Chante is a Certified Birth Doula with a Master’s degree
in Human Services. Since earning her doula certification in 2021, she has specialized in culturally responsive, trauma-informed care—particularly for Black and Brown birthing
individuals disproportionately affected by maternal health disparities. She is known for her ability to build trust, provide compassionate guidance, and foster safe, affirming spaces for clients. Her dual expertise in systems-level leadership and direct maternal health support brings a
unique and valuable perspective to the board. Chante’s passion, lived experience, and cross-sector knowledge make her a powerful advocate for equitable, person-centered care in every role she holds.

Tamera Cox, LPC, NCC
Chair of Clinical & Emotional Wellness Initiatives
Tamera Cox, LPC, NCC has over 17 years of clinical experience supporting children, youth and families. She is dedicated to empowering others to overcome obstacles, build resilience and instill hope, and improve their overall well-being. In her free time, Tamera enjoys spending time with her son, reading, and working out. She is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.

Trina Golphin
Board Liaison for Literacy & Equity Initiatives
Trina Golphin is a Philadelphia native, experienced Regional Property Manager and licensed Pennsylvania Realtor with over 17 years in residential and commercial real estate. She brings to the board a passion for literacy access for young learners and youth-centered literacy programming.
As a mother of three, Trina is deeply committed to strengthening families and creating supportive, inclusive communities. Her leadership style is grounded in empathy, equity, and practical problem-solving. She is honored to support the organization’s mission to uplift families and empower the next generation.
