Vonee Hill, MS, BSW
Founding Board President
Vonee Hill is a passionate advocate for families and a seasoned human services leader with over 14 years of experience serving women, children, and communities across Philadelphia. As the Founder and Executive Director of Linked Family Services, she brings a deep understanding of the systemic challenges families face and a bold vision for change rooted in equity, access, and support.
Vonee launched Linked Family Services to ensure that families—especially those in under-resourced communities—have access to the tools, care, and community connections they need to thrive. Her work is grounded in prevention, with a strong focus on strengthening protective factors that reduce risk and build resilience for both caregivers and children.
She holds a Bachelor's in Social Work from Temple University and a Master's in Administration of Human Services from Chestnut Hill College.

Geremi James
Strategic Advisor of Development & Partnerships
Geremi James has dedicated over 18 years to supporting individuals most impacted by deep poverty and mental illness. As a mother of two, she has firsthand experience navigating complex medical challenges with one of her children, which deepened her commitment to helping families through difficult health journeys.
Currently serving as Vice President of Mission Delivery at Make-A-Wish Philadelphia, Delaware and Susquehanna Valley, Geremi leads efforts to grant life-changing wishes for children facing critical medical conditions. Throughout her career, a consistent theme has been creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and safe enough to imagine new possibilities. Her work reflects a passion for fostering stability, hope, and dignity for those in need.
Make-A-Wish remains one of America’s most trusted nonprofits, and Geremi is proud to advance its mission of bringing joy and inspiration to children and families during their most challenging times.
On a macro level, Geremi is excited to create opportunities to wellness and avenues of access so that Linked has the resources it needs to drive forward and do the important life sustaining work.

Kelsey Hart-Livingston
Community Advancement & Partnerships
Kelsey HartLivingston, MSW, LSW is an equity, engagement, and advocacy leader with more than a decade of experience advancing compassionate, culturally responsive care across major
health systems. She currently serves as Manager of Patient and Guest Relations at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital (TJUH), where she oversees Patient Services, Patient Relations, and Language Services and leads initiatives that strengthen experience, operational effectiveness, and service excellence across the system.
In addition to her operational leadership, Kelsey plays an active role in shaping Jefferson Health’s community and culture. She serves on the enterprise-wide Community Impact Council, contributing to strategies that deepen community partnerships and promote equitable access to
care. She is also the colead of the TJUH Local Observance Council, where she helps build inclusive environments and meaningful connections amongst colleagues in the Center City and
South Philadelphia areas. Kelsey’s background includes extensive clinical social work experience in OBGYN, pediatrics, and family services across the region. She is recognized for her strengths in program development, crisis intervention, community partnership building, and guiding multidisciplinary teams through complex care challenges.
As a licensed social worker, Kelsey holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University-Douglass College. Committed to quality and experience, Kelsey recently began formal process improvement training, earning her
Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification, with plans to pursue additional belts to strengthen her ability to evaluate workflows and solve problems efficiently. Fulfilling a personal and spiritual call to servitude, Kelsey embodies the idea that service is not a task, but a way of life—one defined by purpose, responsibility, and a steadfast dedication to making things better for others.

Trina Golphin
Fundraising & Resource Development
Trina Golphin is a Philadelphia native, experienced Regional Property Manager and licensed Pennsylvania Realtor with over 17 years in residential and commercial real estate. She brings to the board a passion for literacy access for young learners and youth-centered literacy programming.
As a mother of three, Trina is deeply committed to strengthening families and creating supportive, inclusive communities. Her leadership style is grounded in empathy, equity, and practical problem-solving. She is honored to support the organization’s mission to uplift families and empower the next generation.

Tamera Cox, LPC, NCC
Board Culture & Development
Tamera Cox, LPC, NCC has over 17 years of clinical experience supporting children, youth and families. She is dedicated to empowering others to overcome obstacles, build resilience and instill hope, and improve their overall well-being. In her free time, Tamera enjoys spending time with her son, reading, and working out. She is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
