At Linked Family Services, we believe prevention is most powerful when it’s shared. Through the Tiny Essentials Relief Hub, we partner with community organizations, healthcare systems, and service providers to ensure families have consistent access to the essentials and support they need to thrive.

Our partnership network connects agencies directly to our prevention model — “Prevention Through Access.” Together, we’re creating a coordinated system that reduces barriers, builds protective factors, and keeps families strong.

• Community Partner Connection → – Monthly partnership for agencies  and child care centers referring up to 10 families per month for mobile delivery services.

• Partner Access Pathway → – Funded partnership route for expanded collaboration and greater referral capacity for in-person and/or mobile delivery services.

• In-Kind & Resource Partners → – Organizations that provide product donations or host drives to support families.
