At Linked Family Services, we believe that tiny essentials are a big deal. The Tiny Essentials Relief Hub is a prevention-focused resource operated by Linked Family Services.
The Hub provides diapers, wipes, formula, period/menstrual products, child & adult hygiene items for families with children under age 5 — but it’s more than just supplies. It’s a welcoming space where families connect with dignity, care, and support.
how it works
The Tiny Essentials Relief Hub provides access to essential items through a structured, referral-based model designed to support caregivers with dignity and consistency.
The Hub opens to the public on Monday, February 2nd, 2026, and is located inside The Link at Lancaster (4244 Lancaster Ave Philadelphia, PA 19102).
Hours of Operation

Monday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Thursday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Friday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
How Access Works
Caregivers may visit the Hub during open hours starting Monday February 2nd to learn about our Verified Referral Access Pathway.
Approved families may access essential items once every other month through a referral from a trusted provider.
Please note:

The Hub does not accept new referrals or walk-ins prior to opening day (Monday February 2nd)

Walk-ins are welcome for information only

Supplies are accessed after referral verification, not on a walk-in basis
Our Approach
The Tiny Essentials Relief Hub is more than a place to pick up diapers and wipes — it’s a prevention hub built on connection, dignity, and access. We believe that when families have consistent access to essentials, they experience less stress, stronger confidence, and greater stability.
Our approach focuses on the protective factors and parenting capacities that keep families strong, while addressing the social determinants of health (SDOH) that often stand in the way of family wellness.

By centering prevention through access, we ensure that every bundle shared through the Relief Hub is also a step toward long-term family strength and stability.
