Hello
At Linked Family Services, we believe that tiny essentials are a big deal. The Tiny Essentials Relief Hub is a prevention-focused resource operated by Linked Family Services.
The Hub provides diapers, wipes, formula, period/menstrual products, child & adult hygiene items for families with children under age 5 — but it’s more than just supplies. It’s a welcoming space where families connect with dignity, care, and support.

how it works
The Tiny Essentials Relief Hub provides FREE access to essential items through a structured, referral-based model designed to support caregivers with dignity and consistency.
The Hub is located inside The Link at Lancaster (4244 Lancaster Ave Philadelphia, PA 19102).

How Access Works

E-Relief packs may include:
-
A small number of diapers
-
A small pack of Wipes
-
Travel size hygiene items
All items are subject to availability.
Important to Know
-
Walk-ins are welcome
-
An intake appointment after a family walks in, is required for enrollment in our ongoing program
-
Once enrolled, families will be eligible to receive full sized relief bundles and relational support on an ongoing basis
Who Can Walk In
Families must meet one of the following criteria at the time of walk-in:
• Pregnant individuals (30 weeks gestation or later)
Please bring proof of pregnancy (medical note, patient portal screenshot, or provider documentation)
OR
• Parents or caregivers of infants or young children
The child must be present at the visit
This approach allows us to:
-
Prioritize families with immediate material needs
-
Ensure equitable distribution of limited supplies
-
Maintain program sustainability while expanding responsibly
If you are earlier in pregnancy, we encourage you to connect with your healthcare provider or local prenatal programs for additional resources while staying connected with us for future opportunities.

Our Approach
The Tiny Essentials Relief Hub operates as a prevention-focused, essentials-based support program. Our current capacity is structured to respond to time-sensitive and ongoing needs, particularly for families who are actively parenting or nearing delivery.
By centering prevention through access, we ensure that every bundle shared through the Relief Hub is also a step toward long-term family strength and stability.
