The Tiny Essentials Relief Hub is the heart of our prevention model — a relational, essentials-based approach that supports families before crisis occurs.

Families receive consistent access to diapers, hygiene products, formula, and other basic items that reduce stress and strengthen protective factors. During each visit, staff and volunteers engage caregivers in meaningful conversation, connecting them to community resources and helping them reflect on their own strengths and goals.
