Tiny Essentials Relief Hub Program
Monthly access point offering free diapers, wipes, formula, hygiene items, and groceries to families in need. The Relief Hub is where many families first connect with our services—with dignity, consistency, and care.
(Preventing Instability through Linkage, Learning, Access, and Resilience)
Care coordination for caregivers of children ages birth to 5. Families meet twice per quarter (one in-person, one virtual) to receive tailored support, resources, and screenings for caregiver mental health and substance use (UNCOPE, depression). Incentives are available based on consistent participation.
MOMCares Prenatal Outreach Program
Support for pregnant and postpartum parents, including monthly check-ins, education, and maternal mental health screening using the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale. Participants build connections to care while receiving milestone-based supports.
Restoring Family Values Parenting Classes
An 8-week parenting class that helps caregivers reflect on their values, strengthen family routines, and build confidence in their parenting journey. Includes guided discussions, take-home tools, and milestone-based incentives.
