Care That Comes to You

Our Mobile Care Delivery Service helps Philadelphia families access diapers, wipes, infant formula when available, hygiene products, and other essentials without the added burden of traveling to our office.

Families are also connected to ongoing support, education, and community resources through Linked Family Services and our partner organizations.

Two Ways We're Bringing Essentials Into Communities

Home Delivery

Scheduled monthly deliveries for eligible families connected through participating programs and referral partners. Families receive essential supplies and ongoing engagement with our team.

Childcare Center Partnerships

We work with participating childcare centers to keep essential-supply cubbies stocked with diapers, wipes, and other items so providers can respond when children and families have immediate needs.

Who Can Access Mobile Care?

Mobile Care serves eligible Philadelphia families through designated referral pathways and funded community partnerships. Home delivery is prioritized for pregnant caregivers, families with infants, and qualifying households experiencing health-related barriers.

Participation is subject to eligibility, available capacity, and program requirements. Services are scheduled in advance and are not available as on-demand deliveries.
