Little Readers, Big Families Literacy Program
Growing readers, one story at a time—together.
Little Readers, Big Families is a joyful early literacy program that brings families with young children (ages 0–5) together to explore the power of stories, songs, and shared routines. With monthly book bundles, themed family storytime events, and hands-on activities, the program encourages reading not just as a skill—but as a special time for connection, learning, and love. Whether it’s a cozy bedtime book, a weekend story picnic, or a singalong with grandma, every moment counts when families read together.
Monthly Meetups
Each month, children ages 0–5 and their caregivers can meetup with with us for parent-child bonding activities, and our Reading Buddies Corner, where volunteers share one-on-one story time with little ones.
Families receive a free take-home book and literacy kit each month, along with quick parent tips on building reading routines, supporting language development, and preparing for kindergarten.
Together, we’re growing strong readers—and even stronger families!

Special Events
Throughout the year, we host themed family literacy events like Fables with Father, Books & Breakfast, and Pajama Story Nights. These joyful gatherings bring families together for storytelling, snacks, music, and memories.
